1. Services

Zion Drone Services provides professional drone photography, videography, inspections, and related aerial imaging services for residential, commercial, and special-event projects.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

2. Quotes & Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or invoice.
Full payment may be required prior to delivery of final media.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients may reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
Services may be postponed or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, airspace restrictions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation fees may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

4. Flight Operations

All drone operations are conducted in compliance with applicable FAA regulations and safety requirements.

Zion Drone Services reserves the right to decline, postpone, or terminate any flight operation if:

Safety concerns exist
Property access is restricted
Required permissions are not obtained
Flight conditions violate applicable regulations

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide accurate project information
Secure property access when required
Obtain any necessary permissions from property owners, tenants, or relevant parties
Ensure the work area is reasonably safe and accessible

The client is responsible for obtaining approvals that may be required from homeowners associations, property managers, or other governing entities.

6. Deliverables

Project deliverables may include photographs, videos, aerial footage, inspection imagery, maps, or other digital products as outlined in the service agreement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to project complexity, weather delays, or editing requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Zion Drone Services retains ownership of all original media created during a project.
Clients receive a license to use delivered content for its intended purpose.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or alter delivered content for commercial resale without written authorization.

8. Marketing Use

Zion Drone Services may display completed project media in portfolios, social media, advertising, or promotional materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zion Drone Services shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by weather, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control
Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the applicable service.

10. Website Use

Users agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to access restricted areas of the website
Disrupt website functionality or security
Transmit malicious code or harmful content

11. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality aerial imagery and services, specific business, marketing, sales, or commercial results cannot be guaranteed.

12. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
